We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, mailing address, and details related to your real estate inquiry or transaction. When you consent to text messages we also record the wording of the consent language you were shown, the page you submitted it from, and the date and time.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Guney Real Estate at the mobile number provided — including new listing alerts, open house announcements, market and home-value updates, and appointment coordination.
There are two ways to opt in: (1) submit the web form at https://optin.arturguney.com/optin, or any form on this site, with the SMS consent box checked, or (2) text START to (571) 520-3155 from the mobile number you want enrolled. The SMS consent box is never pre-checked, and SMS consent is never bundled with consent for any other communication channel.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any real estate service.

We use your information to communicate with you, provide real estate services, schedule appointments, and complete transactions you have engaged us for.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us deliver these services (for example, our text-messaging provider and transaction platforms), and where required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may contact us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
