Artur Guney was fantastic from start to finish with helping me sell my condo in Alexandria. Artur is incredibly personable and he guided me through preparing the condo all the way to after closing making the entire process incredibly easy for me. Artur is genuine, a consummate professional, and actually enjoyable to work with. He is honest, forthright, communicates effectively and promptly (even when I was a bit unreasonable with my timing), and he negotiates well. Once he put his “game face” on with the seller’s agent, he honed in on salient points and effectively convinced the other agent into making (reasonable) concessions on the final agreement.
